Celebrating its fourth decade in one of the UK’s most pristine country landscapes, the Bramham International Horse Trials CCI3*, sponsored by Equi-Trek, attracted a top class field once again to the rolling hills of West Yorkshire. The 450 acres surrounding the 18th century Bramham Park house once again offered the perfect country respite for four days of exciting equestrian competition, which this year saw plenty of record-breaking victories along the way.
It was a monumental weekend for Japan’s Yoshiaki Oiwa who, aboard Calle 44, became the first rider from his country to win the event, while Tom McEwen and Toledo de Kerser became the only competitor to ever win the Bishop Burton College Under 25 CCI3* division twice.
From dogs in coats and cross-country gallops to a mobile Pimm’s cart, here’s a photo recap of some of our favorite moments from the weekend.
