We’re home from Miami with sand between our toes and a tan to our skin. The Longines Global Champions Tour of Miami Beach has come and gone, but we couldn’t say goodbye without a roundup of favorite shots from one of the most scenic and photographed stops of the Global Champs Tour.

This competition is unique in its seaside views, where beach-goers can walk right up to the ring and watch the action. But as cruiseships roll by, there was some fierce competition going on.

The Prague Lions are officially on the League series board after a thrilling win in Miami. The efforts of U25 rider Anna Kellnerova and Gerco Schröder advanced them from their 3rd place position after Day 1 to the top of the standings at the conclusion of Saturday’s Final. The Prague Lions currently sit 2nd overall in the League Team Standings after their victory on the beach.

Edwina Tops-Alexander had a major winning weekend on the beach capturing the Longines Grand Prix of Miami with her 11-year-old Dutch mare California. Her second win of this particular grand prix (her first being in 2016), #QueenE now joins Scott Brash as one of the first to qualify for the Longines Global Champions Super Grand Prix at the new GC Prague Play Offs in December. Thursday- Saturday winners in Miami, here.
